Request account deletion

Ask Ressy to delete your login and review the personal information associated with it.

Submitting a request does not immediately close your account. Ressy reviews identity, company-administrator responsibilities, subscription ownership and any information that must be retained before arranging deletion. We will explain the outcome and any retained information. Your employer separately controls employment records, including rotas, payroll and signed documents; contact your employer about those records.

This request does not cancel a subscription or stop payments. Company administrators should manage billing in Subscription settings and arrange another administrator before leaving.

Do not include passwords, verification codes, identity copies or sensitive employment details. If you cannot sign in, contact support@ressy.co.uk for identity-verified assistance.
